Guidelines for Authors
Abstract Submission
All abstracts will be handled electronically via the JKJC 2024 website from May 2, 2024 to July 14, 2024. If online abstract submission is not possible, send an email to JKJC 2024 secretariat to ask abstract submission form. After filling out the form by following the instruction given on the form, return it to secretariat, <jkjc2024@gmail.com>.
Speakers are encouraged to prepare their slides electronically, in PowerPoint form, so they can be projected using our video projector and computers. The suggested document electronic format is Microsoft Windows Power Point with the page layout set to “landscape”. The presentation files should be received as close to the day before the speaker is scheduled to present in order to ensure that the file is fully compatible with the conference hall computers. If speakers have a movie file in their presentation, we strongly recommend that they bring their own laptop to avoid problems, and check that their power plugs match the electric outlets in Korea. The electronic plug in Korea is usually the “C” type (two circular metal pins, 220V-60Hz), so speakers will need to bring an adapter and/or a portable voltage converter. All speakers can check their file at the Preview Room
Preparation of Poster
All accepted posters will be presented as electronic poster presentations (ePosters). Authors have the option to submit 3 – 5 slides or a PDF to our ePoster hosting site. All accepted posters must be submitted digitally in advance of the meeting. If you have included a video in your poster, you will need to submit PowerPoint files (.pptx)
