Giuseppe Lanzino, M.D., specializes in the endovascular and
surgical treatment of patients with cerebrovascular disorders,
including brain aneurysms, brain and spinal arteriovenous
malformations, dural fistulas, carotid stenosis, and cavernous
malformations. He completed his neurosurgical training at the
University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. In addition, he
has completed subspecialized training in neuroendovascular
surgery at the State University of New York at Buffalo, Buffalo,
New York, and cerebrovascular and skull-based surgery
fellowship at the Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix. He
has authored or co-authored more than 200 peer-reviewed
publications, and he is the author of two textbooks.
